Irina Gayda's Insights on Decarbonizing Energy at Russian Energy Week 2050

Irina Gayda, the deputy director of the Energy Transition Center, moderated a session at the Russian Energy Week. In light of decarbonization, the new stage of the energy transition poses many new challenges. The Russian Energy Agency presented three scenarios for the development of global energy, claiming that each of them has its pros and cons and highlighting that it is important to maintain a balance between environmental sustainability and economic feasibility.
