Irina Gayda, the deputy director of the Energy Transition Center, moderated the opening session of Renwex 2024, the fifth international exhibition and forum for energy saving, green energy, and electric vehicles, where key players in the renewable energy sector assessed the current state and future prospects of the industry. Also, Irina spoke at the strategic session dedicated to the human resources challenges in renewable energy. She highlighted key trends, such as the increasing demand for ESG education among students from secondary school onward, the greater need for high-caliber graduates by Russian companies, and the necessity for continuing professional education in innovation management for engineers in large businesses.
