Irina Gayda, the deputy director of the Energy Transition Center, reflected on the global ESG agenda on the air of Radio Mediametrics (RUS). She discussed why that agenda is becoming increasingly popular and which projects Russia can potentially present to the world market. Irina also highlighted three elements of sustainable development that she thinks are key to developing the Russian regions beyond the major capital cities and increasing the quality of life there. The three pillars are ensuring energy availability, investing in human capital, and managing environmental risks.
