The Hi, Tech educational festival of the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech) took place at the Novosibirsk House of Scientists on April 16. The participants listened to four lectures from leading scientists, learned about how to enroll in Skoltech, and were also able to communicate with the speakers in an informal setting.
As part of the project, Aslan Kasimov, Associate Professor of the Project Center for Energy Transition and head of the Master's program in Applied Computational Mechanics at Skoltech, PhD in theoretical and Applied Mechanics, made a scientific report on the topic in the Small Hall of the House of Scientists: "Modeling in hydrodynamics: how simple models help solve complex problems."
