The Institute welcomed the delegates of the first Technological Sustainability of BRICS: University-Industry Partnerships international workshop. Co-organized by Skoltech and the Higher School of Economics, it aimed to establish a network of experts in technological policy, expand the technology foresight network, and identify pilot fields for international university-industry partnerships. Among contributors were representatives of leading organizations in Russia, China, India, South Africa, Egypt, Ethiopia, Saudi Arabia, and Brazil. Professor Andrei Osiptsov, who heads the Energy Transition Center, discussed the key energy transition technologies that have potential for synergy between BRICS members.
