Skoltech researchers and students joined the School on Condensed Matter Physics in Makhachkala, Russia. Professor Alexander Kvashnin from the Energy Transition Center gave three lectures on solid state physics, AI methods in materials science, and superconductivity. Also, Alexander hosted a roundtable on computer-aided research tasks and hydride superconductivity. PhD student Alexandra Radina gave a presentation on doping tungsten pentaboride with atoms of transition metals.
