We encourage you to apply for the 2023 China-Russia International Symposium on Crystallography of Materials, which will take place in Urumqi, China, from August 14-17. The symposium is organized by the Xinjiang Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology. The conference chair from the Russian side is Professor Artem R. Oganov from the Materials Discovery Laboratory at Skoltech.
The main goal of the symposium is to bring together the Russian and Chinese scientific communities, facilitating idea exchange and long-term collaboration, enhancing the level of scientific research, and inspiring new scientific breakthroughs.
Crystalline materials are the basis for numerous new technologies. Their applications span semiconductor electronics, photonic integrated circuits, optoelectronics, ultrasonic and high-frequency technology, solid-state lasers, radiation detectors, optical memory, piezoelectric displacement sensors, energy-conversion components, and synthetic gemstones and hard materials. The symposium is a unique opportunity to share ideas, learn about the latest achievements in the field of crystallography of materials, and discuss scientific and technical issues.
We look forward to your applications and eagerly anticipate meeting you at CRCM-2023! The deadline for submitting abstracts and applications for participation is June 30. More details and the application form are available at https://crcm2023.casconf.cn/
