The "Penal" vacuum carrier is a device for transporting and short-term storage of air-sensitive materials. The development will be useful for research laboratories and institutes developing materials for energy storage, as well as for researchers of lithium-ion batteries, metal scientists who need to protect metals from oxide layers, and chemists. The project was implemented as part of the support of Skoltech's STRIP program.

Current status: To date, the device has been developed and is undergoing a series of tests.
