Laboratory of Advanced Electronic Devices

The Laboratory of Advanced Electronic Devices conducts both fundamental and application-oriented research in advanced electronic nanodevices. Exploring fundamental physics allows us to uncover intriguing properties of emerging materials and new functionalities. We investigate physical phenomena and seek practical applications of cutting-edge electronic devices. Currently, our primary focus lies in the development of graphene-based detectors of THz radiation, memristors for the neuromorphic computing, and meta-surfaces for spectroscopy applications.
