This project aims to boost the power of electric motorcycles by means of supercapacitors. Supercapacitors are a source a high power, so they can give a power boost for a few seconds. The project develops the hybrid energy system for the electric vehicle testing different algorithms.

Technical Problem
Electric motorcycles depend on the state of battery to deliver the máximum power. If the battery is not full charged, the motorcycle cannot run at maximum power. Who has this problem? Racing motorcycles, motorcycles which needs to climb hills or accelerate to overpass other vehicles. The idea is to use an additional source of power for given at any time the MAXIMUM POSSIBLE POWER even higher than the battery can provide. Which is the first market?
