Alena is a PhD student in the Laboratory of Advanced Electronic Devices at Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology. In 2020, she completed her bachelor's degree at Moscow Pedagogical State University (MPSU) in Fundamental Physics (in English). Her bachelor's thesis focused on the study of electronic transport in thin superconducting niobium films.

In 2022, Alena earned her master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics with a specialization in Photonics and Quantum Materials at Skoltech. During her master's studies, she worked on the development of memristors based on amorphous silicon for neuromorphic computing. This research formed the foundation for her further scientific work during her PhD.
